Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior CRA (Freelance Italia) to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits. You will ensure regulatory alignment with ICH-GCP, perform source data verification, and help manage trial documentation across multiple sites.

The role demands strong communication, collaboration with site staff, and the ability to adapt to project priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN and regulatory knowledge (GCP/ICH).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remote.
• Ensures regulatory and protocol compliance with GCP and SOPs.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality.
• Maintains ISF/TMF documentation and supports audit readiness.
• Supports recruitment, retention and data integrity activities.
• Communicates findings and actions to project team and sites.
