Job summary

Ctifacts is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (level based on experience) for a remote, United States-based position. You will monitor sites across phase I–IV and RWE studies, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.

You will conduct PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV visits and support study start-up, enrollment strategies, and TMF/isf management. The role requires 1+ year of on-site monitoring experience and a bachelor’s or nursing-related degree.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical trial monitoring experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in allied health fields or nursing.
• Experience in conducting clinical research in hospital, pharma, or CRO environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main CTI contact for assigned study sites.
• Conduct site visits (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV) and deliverables within Monitoring Plan timelines.
• Assist with feasibility, site selection, and start-up activities.
• Collect, review, and track essential/regulatory documents.
• Participate in training and meetings with investigators, clients, and project teams.
• Manage subject enrollment strategies and IP storage accountability.
