Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru and seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Clinical Data Manager to build the LATAM Data Management foundation. You will oversee data management from startup to database lock, develop CRF specs, and manage data quality for trials that accelerate innovative therapies to patients.

The role requires 8+ years (Sr.) or 10+ years (Principal) in clinical data management, strong leadership, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 8+ years experience for Sr. CDM; 10+ years for Principal
• Experience with CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
• Oncology/orphan drug experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead DM for assigned projects ensuring continuity and timely delivery
• Oversee data entry processes, guidelines, quality and resourcing
• Develop CRF specifications from study protocol and coordinate stakeholder input
• Build/maintain clinical databases and perform UAT
• Coordinate with vendors and external data/EDC teams to support timelines
• Train study personnel on CRF/EDC and project items
• Communicate with sponsors and project teams on data issues and progress
• Travel as required and contribute to SOPs and process improvements
