Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to independently manage complex California WC claims from assignment through resolution. This remote role requires hands-on experience with California regulations, indemnity claims, and litigation management.

The ideal candidate holds a California Adjuster Certification, OSIP/SIP or CWCP designation, and can coordinate with defense counsel and medical providers while maintaining accurate diaries and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling California workers' compensation claims.
• Active California Adjuster Certification or OSIP/SIP self-insured qualification or CWCP designation required.
• Strong knowledge of California WC laws, regulations, and claims handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of CA WC claims from assignment through resolution.
• Investigate claims, evaluate compensability, and determine handling strategies.
• Review coverage, liability, medical documentation, and claim exposure per CA regulations.
