We are seeking a Bank Controller to lead the accounting function, oversee regulatory reporting, and drive automation across our financial systems.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA certification required.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance roles.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Experience scaling accounting teams in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Proven analysis, cash management, and modeling skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking.
• Strategic, goal-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the bank accounting function.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with engineering/product and other teams.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting to internal/external stakeholders and regulators.
• Build a controlled regulatory reporting function for filings (FFIEC, Part 363, Fed reports).
• Coordinate annual bank financial statement audits with external auditors.
• Drive automation of accounting/reporting processes with technology teams.
• Manage other financial analysis projects as needed.
