Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products, including GenAI, ML, search, and automation. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams, while mentoring a team of Product Owners/Managers and upholding responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, including end-to-end lifecycle and post-launch maintenance—delivered multiple products.
• Proven experience delivering or materially improving an AI-powered product or feature (GenAI, ML, search, automation).
• Solid AI literacy regarding capabilities, limitations, and failure modes, plus product profitability, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Expertise across 3+ business domains enabling credible business-domain SME work.
• Daily practical use of AI across discovery, analysis, documentation, and prototyping with evolving tools.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap with clearly identified AI value.
• Manage backlogs, release cycles, and support models balancing cost, latency, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements and guardrails.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level and lead product launches.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers across a product line and promote responsible AI practices (privacy, bias, security, transparency).
