Job summary

Ugam, a Dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics to develop intelligent data platforms for a top-tier global client. You will partner with client leaders to understand business problems and design data-driven solutions at scale.

You will build complex data pipelines across large datasets, delivering actionable insights and compelling data stories aligned with strategic goals to drive growth and enhance the digital customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in software development, analytics or consulting.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis and modeling.
• SQL querying, data wrangling and story-telling with data.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills; client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Code custom pipelines and testing frameworks using Python & SQL.
• Research and build algorithms using baseline, ensemble and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into data-driven solutions; drive impact.
• Scope work, plan with a global team, and mentor junior members.
• Support team engagement and performance reviews; provide constructive feedback.
• Consult on data strategies and execute them when needed.
• Focus on analyst efficiency and automation of recurring requests.
• Participate in business development, including proposals for new projects.
