• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools; quick to learn new technologies.
• Experience with healthcare analytics: claims, utilization, cost containment.
• Experience handling complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation across reports.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• MS Office and related software proficiency.
