Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of quality dental networks of dentists, providing access and affordability for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members.
• Foster growth of managed care contracted networks, while enhancing the profitability of Aetna.
