Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer for SLM optimization and inference. You will fine-tune Alibaba Qwen models and boost performance for domain-specific tasks, focusing on low-latency, high-throughput AI applications.

You will work across PyTorch/Hugging Face tooling, vLLM or SGLang, and real-time audio processing, collaborating closely with engineering and data teams to drive production-ready ML systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT).
• Practical experience using vLLM or SGLang for high-performance inference.
• Strong Python programming and ML engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize Small Language Models for domain-specific use cases.
• Improve model performance across accuracy, precision, recall, latency, and throughput.
• Optimize model serving using vLLM, SGLang, or similar engines.
• Develop real-time audio intelligence pipelines with low latency.
• Benchmark and profile models for production-scale deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve end-to-end ML systems.
