Humana Inc is seeking an Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting Principal to analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data to guide strategic and day-to-day decisions. You will develop precise reporting and insights for leaders and business partners, establishing metrics to support business intelligence and decision making.

You will evaluate industry trends to inform Humana’s short-, medium-, and long-term plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of technical experience.
• 2-5 years of project leadership.
• FSA or ASA and other relevant professional designations (MAAA).
• Experience in more than two functions (modeling, pricing, reporting).
• Strong communication skills; able to tailor to audience.
