Job summary

BGB Group is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead client-facing projects, document scope, and ensure alignment with objectives and milestones. You will manage client communications, deliverables, and timelines, coordinating with project teams to deliver on client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account services, strong written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in account services or a similar role.
• Professional and customer-service oriented with strong writing skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent client viewpoint in day-to-day project execution in partnership with Project Management.
• Proactively manages account and client deliverables in the project plan.
• Conducts regular client status meetings to align on objectives.
• Manages client submissions and ensures agency work complies with guidelines.
• Reviews updates daily and provides status to Project Manager.
