Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Security Operations Center Analyst to triage, investigate, respond, and remediate intrusions on a daily basis. You will work with a mission-driven team protecting companies worldwide from cyberattacks and expand your analyst skills.

Training is Monday–Friday, followed by a 4x10 schedule (Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed). Weekend shift runs 7am–5pm PST. This fully remote role offers growth opportunities and hands-on experience across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Triage, investigate, and respond to alerts from Huntress platform.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to alerts from Huntress platform.
• Perform malware analysis to determine root cause and remediation steps.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and provide remediations.
• Assist in escalations from Product Support for threat-related inquiries.
• Contribute to detection engineering and team mentoring.
• Collaborate to improve analyst outcomes and partner effectiveness.
