Job summary

Insider One is a global marketing tech leader seeking a Security Engineer to elevate our information security program. You will drive ISMS activities, support SOC 2, and guide risk management across AWS, data privacy, and AI governance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS processes.
• Experience with risk management, scoring and remediation tracking.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II controls and audits.
• Understanding of KVKK and GDPR privacy requirements.
• Experience with AI/LLM risk governance and secure usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive ISO 27001 ISMS implementation, maintenance, and audit readiness.
• Support SOC 2 Type II compliance, evidence collection and audit coordination.
• Conduct internal audits, manage findings and remediation.
• Oversee company-wide risk management program and risk scoring.
• Govern AWS environments with posture, IAM, and baselines.
• Collaborate with Red/Blue teams to close security findings.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Design security training for engineering, ops, and business.
• Lead vendor security assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate security incident handling and post-incident reviews.
• Govern data protection, DPIA processes, and data lifecycle.
• Drive AI/LLM governance and secure tool usage.
• Advise business units on secure architecture and design reviews.
• Contribute to threat modeling and secure design guidance.
