Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking experienced Security Engineers for Endpoint Security Tool Monitoring to support the DMDC CyberPRIMES program.

The role focuses on ensuring endpoint-security tools are deployed, configured, and reporting accurately, with data integrated into enterprise monitoring and reporting capabilities. You will validate tool configurations, identify gaps, and develop recommendations to improve data collection, alerting, and threat response, while coordinating with government tool

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting endpoint-security technologies, cybersecurity monitoring, security engineering, or enterprise cyber operations.
Experience validating deployment, configuration, connectivity, or reporting of endpoint-security tools.
Experience troubleshooting endpoint-security, server, workstation, or enterprise security-tool issues.
Understanding of endpoint-security telemetry, security-event generation, centralized monitoring, and data-rollup concepts.

Responsibilities

Support comprehensive cybersecurity monitoring and oversight of endpoint-security capabilities across the DHRA enterprise.
Validate that endpoint-security tools are deployed, configured, and reporting data.
Verify upstream rollup of endpoint-security data into enterprise monitoring systems.
Maintain weekly records of data-rollup validation, coverage, and deficiencies.
Escalate configuration, connectivity, coverage, and reporting issues for corrective action.
