Job summary

Coinbase Corporate Security (CorpSec) is seeking a Security Engineer to build and maintain security controls protecting corporate infrastructure, user devices, enterprise applications, and network communications.

You will partner with IT and engineering teams to identify risks, ship tailored solutions, and raise the security bar across the organization. The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery and responsible use of generative AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering
• 2+ years securing macOS or similar endpoints in enterprise
• Proven ability to write production code for security tooling
• Experience shipping security projects end-to-end with minimal direction
• Familiar with device trust / zero trust network access

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain security solutions for endpoints and devices.
• Perform security reviews of enterprise systems and software.
• Collaborate to integrate endpoint and SaaS security into broader corporate initiatives.
• Identify and close data exfiltration paths from AI agents on endpoints.
• Provide guidance and code review to engineers on CorpSec team.
