Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Corporate Security Automation Engineer to design, implement, and automate security infrastructure in a rapidly scaling fintech environment. You will enhance controls, align with business goals, and enable self-service security capabilities across enterprise systems.

You'll lead automation initiatives using Terraform and related tools, deploy endpoint security, manage DLP and data protection, and collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with 3+ years in enterprise security in cloud environments.
• Proven automation leadership and measurable security improvements.
• Experience with Terraform, Puppet, Chef or Ansible.
• Fluent understanding of networking, auth standards and security frameworks.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, automation, and optimization of security infra.
• Enhance controls and drive self-service capabilities for security posture.
• Configure enterprise SaaS security, vendor capabilities, and automations.
• Mature data protection controls, including DLP and secure data handling.
• Collaborate across IT, infrastructure, security, and partners; maintain availability.
• Develop and run incident response and disaster recovery plans.
