The candidate should have a degree with security experience or five years of related work, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Expertise in Active Directory, SQL permissions, and Facets security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree with three years in technical security, or five years without a degree.
• Experience with MS Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure.
• Highly organized and capable of independent or small-team work.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee user security and troubleshoot access problems.
• Provision and configure user security for new hires and terminations.
• Manage multiple security projects with minimal supervision.
