Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of tax provisioning, tax accounting and corporate tax compliance experience.
• Active US CPA license or state bar membership.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with federal income taxation and ASC 740/IFRS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate compliance and tax provision review for clients.
• Support preparation of tax provisions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with teams across roles, with remote work within the US.
