Job summary

Leaf Agriculture is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote role in the United States. You will reach out to potential customers, identify decision-makers, and introduce them to Leaf’s solutions to grow our agtech customer base.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work with urgency. A Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred. Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work with urgency and take feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• New customer outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Qualify and follow up on inbound leads and schedule product demos.
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects.
• Manage tasks and schedule to meet outreach goals.
