VSolvit is seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams on a mission-critical government program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in Agile environments with at least 2 years as Scrum Master.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification (CSM/PSM).
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coach team members on Agile practices to improve maturity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog clarity.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers.
• Track Agile metrics like velocity and sprint burndown.
• Support cross‑team coordination and dependencies.
