Job summary

ProPharma is seeking an experienced Scientific Data Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS tools, focusing on ingestion, parsing, and transformation of scientific data from instruments and analytical results.

The role requires 5+ years in AWS, strong Python skills, and a Life Sciences background. Hybrid work is available, with in-person collaboration at offices as needed and reasonable remote work options.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and experience with data pipelines in a scientific/CMC domain.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with AWS tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS tools such as Glue, Aurora, and Redshift.
• Implement data ingestion and parsing solutions for diverse data files from instruments and analytical results.
• Orchestrate and transform data pipelines to ensure efficient data capture and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Utilize Python to develop and optimize data processing workflows.
