Job summary

Learner Education is seeking experienced Science Tutors for remote, contract work. You will tutor 6th grade through college in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, and related areas, leveraging US curriculum experience and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with professional teaching or tutoring experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience.
• At least 1 year of online tutoring experience.
• Experience with U.S. curriculum and grading standards.
• Ability to tutor science across grades 6–college level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability during peak hours (Mon–Thu, 3–10 PM ET).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-to-1 science tutoring to students from 6th grade through college.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual learning goals.
• Share progress with families as needed.
