Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized school records and files.
• Coordinate with registrars for missing documents.
• Ensure current student information per DOE requirements.
• Process record requests from external school systems within deadlines.
• Assist in regular file reviews for compliance and audits.
• Communicate with parents with confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Maintain electronic and paper files for monthly audits.
• Run withdrawal reports weekly and keep systems updated.
