Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and state license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• 2) Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.
• 3) Implement evidence-based OT interventions to address needs and promote skill development.
• 4) Monitor and document progress toward goals, adjusting plans as needed.
• 5) Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff for classroom participation and success.
• 6) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional needs.
• 7) Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plans.
• 8) Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and reports.
