Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience with government grants and/or contract management.
• Understanding of grant management standards, including managing RFPs.
• Working knowledge of school-linked behavioral health grant programs.
• Knowledge of government grants and contracts, including drafting and monitoring.
• Data research skills to identify best practices and track measurable results.
• Program and project management skills, including tracking grant budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer all phases of the programmatic, technical, fiscal, and program integrity functions of School Linked Behavioral Health grants and contracts in compliance with state procurement laws, federal grant requirements, OMB Uniform Guidance, and DHS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate technical, operational, and fiscal activities related to School Linked Behavioral Health initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to support effective behavioral health service delivery in schools.
• Develop and administer statewide grant-program budget criteria for three-to-five-year grant funding cycles to achieve legislative and policy goals within the limits of state and federal funding availability and legal requirements.
• Maintain required and assigned training, certifications, and professional development activities necessary to ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements and support effective performance in grants management, program integrity, and behavioral health program administration.
