Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for remote teletherapy in Pennsylvania. This contract freelancer role supports school-based services, including IEP participation and collaboration with onsite staff. The position offers flexible hours across time zones, compensation of $40–$55 per hour, and payment for direct and indirect time. Qualifications

• Active state license as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• 1 year of school-based experience including a CFY, or 2 years total clinical experience including a CFY.
• Schedule flexibility to work across time zones.
• Owns a reliable personal computer.
• Working knowledge of headphones and personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language teletherapy.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students.
