Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver teletherapy to students in an educational environment. This fully remote, independent contractor (1099) role offers flexibility and autonomy while supporting student learning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and an active Maryland SLP license (or license in your state of residence if outside Maryland).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.
