Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health care is required.
• Full license (LMFT/LMHC/LMSW/LISW or psychologist) required.
• Strong oral and written communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and related software.

Responsibilities

• Treat individuals with dignity and confidentiality per agency standards.
• Provide individual, group and family counseling for behavioral health needs.
• Develop and maintain a community referral network.
• Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.
• Attend staff supervision and training activities.
• Maintain productivity hours as set by the agency.
