Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed clinical social worker to provide direct services in a school setting with remote options. The role supports students through counseling, IEP collaboration, and timely documentation.

You will participate in IEP meetings, conduct social/emotional evaluations, and collaborate with school staff across time zones. Flexible hours (5–40 per week) and pay range of $40–$48 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state license to work independently as a clinical social worker.
• SSW letter from State DOE or the ability to obtain- DOE is a requirement for services
• 1 year of experience providing direct services/counseling in a school setting, excluding your intern year

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and student counseling
• Participate in IEP meetings
• Exercise strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students
• Conduct social/emotional evaluations and eligibility paperwork
