Fully remote role open to candidates in Indiana, with a 40-hour week and flexible shift times. You will review requests, confirm details, update records, and help minimize delays by offering available options and clear guidance throughout the scheduling

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written communication for explaining appointment options and confirming arrangements.
• Willingness to learn scheduling, tracking, and telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming appointment requests and identify bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and questions.
• Explain scheduling process to customers and clarify service requested.
• Verify contact information, purpose, duration, and availability before offering openings.
• Check capacity and staff availability to avoid overlaps and offer alternatives.
• Enter appointment details and send confirmations using templates.
