The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAS Viya, SAS programming, Python integration, and data pipeline development, with strong experience in production analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAS development/analytics experience.
• 5+ years SAS programming experience.
• Must have professional working proficiency in English.
• Advanced SAS Viya Cloud Platform experience.
• Strong SAS programming and macro development experience.
• ETL and data pipeline development experience.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions, API integrations, and production support.
• Analytics and reporting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and enhance applications on the SAS Viya Cloud Platform.
• Develop and support advanced SAS programs and automated ETL processes.
• Build integrations between vendor APIs, enterprise databases, and reporting platforms using SAS and Python.
• Support production analytics capabilities and data pipelines.
• Participate in solution design, release planning, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and performance issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews where appropriate.
