Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Project Manager to lead critical Vistex initiatives within the SAP S/4HANA modernization program. You will drive planning, coordination, and execution across rebates, chargebacks, pricing, and integration points with business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years of SAP delivery leadership, strong enterprise project management discipline, and excellent executive communication skills to align stakeholders and keep programs

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of project or program management experience in SAP delivery.
• Recent leadership of end-to-end Vistex implementations or transformations.
• Experience with Vistex rebates, chargebacks, pricing, and related modules.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Vistex initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Maintain an integrated project plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and executive status reporting.
• Drive governance forums, status reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, SI partners, and data teams.
