Job summary

GAF is seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end-to-end implementations, translate pricing strategies into scalable SAP solutions, and manage cross-functional teams through full lifecycle deployments.

Responsibilities include defining integration with SD/MM/FI-CO, leading onshore/offshore teams, and ensuring quality assurance and cutover activities for production releases. Up to 60% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands-on configuration of Vistex IP modules and oversee SD/OTC, MM, FI/CO integrations.
• Leadership & Project Governance: Manage onshore/offshore teams and partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement to gather requirements.
• Support & Continuous Improvement: Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and ensure SOX compliance and month-end close.
