Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a SAP Solutions Architect to support a manufacturing company's supply chain initiatives. This remote (US) role requires leadership across planning, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of SAP experience, deep S/4HANA expertise, and a strong track record in continuous improvement, governance, and stakeholder management. U.S. citizenship or PR is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA, MM, PP, MRP, Inventory Management, planning.
• Proven track record leading SAP projects and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing supply chains and production planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• SAP certifications and chemical manufacturing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP supply chain initiatives across planning, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Drive optimization of MRP, forecasting, demand planning, inventory accuracy, and production execution processes.
• Partner with supply chain, plant leadership, and operations teams to identify system improvements and resolve business challenges.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA enhancements, application support, integrations, and third-party vendors.
• Establish governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure efficient and sustainable system performance.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term corrective actions that improve reliability and service levels.
