Abacus Staffing & Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a SAP S/4HANA MM/WM Lead to drive MM and WM workstreams in large-scale S/4HANA transformations.

The role is remote with flexible location, requiring strong hands-on MM/WM, P2P, inventory management and cross-functional coordination. With 12+ years of SAP experience and prior full-cycle S/4HANA WM implementations, you will lead design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare while mentoring teams and coordinating with IT and business

Qualifications

12+ years of SAP MM/WM functional experience.
Experience leading MM/WM workstreams in S/4HANA transformations.
Strong hands-on expertise in MM, WM, P2P, Inventory Management and Valuation.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP MM and WM functional workstreams across S/4HANA transformation projects.
Drive end-to-end solution design and configuration for P2P, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation and Warehouse Management.
Manage warehouse processes including inbound/outbound, putaway, picking and storage types.
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and align business processes with SAP best practices.
Identify ECC-to-S/4HANA differences and logistics simplifications and assess custom code impacts.
Coordinate with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams for integration.
Lead testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare support.
Mentor team members and drive knowledge transfer.
