Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an accomplished SAP S4 HANA BRIM Consultant for a remote 6+ months renewable contract opportunity on the East Coast. The role focuses on L2/L3 BRIM support, end-to-end BRIM processes, and integration with S/4HANA Finance.

You will engage with business, finance, and IT teams to refine requirements and drive improvements. Responsibilities include CM/CC/CI processing, FI-CA integration, and release management activities, while maintaining runbooks and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience in production/AMS environments.
• Strong understanding of billing, subscription, finance, and revenue management processes.
• Experience with SAP BRIM in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience supporting BRIM in production and AMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP BRIM aligned to ITIL/AMS governance.
• Perform triage and root cause analysis for billing, charging, invoicing, subscription, and receivables issues.
• Support and configure end-to-end BRIM processes and CM/CC/CI workflows.
• Manage interfaces and integration across BRIM, S/4HANA Finance, SAP SD, BTP, and external platforms.
• Partner with business, finance, and IT to refine requirements and deliver improvements.
