Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to optimize SAP PMMO/Project Systems for a remote, aerospace-focused environment.

You will partner with business teams to translate needs into SAP configurations, support MRP/PP workflows, and ensure end-to-end process performance with rigorous testing and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires SAP PS/PP expertise and S/4HANA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years as SAP functional/business systems analyst.
• 4+ years in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Production Planning (PP) in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration and Fiori preferred.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated, program-driven manufacturing preferred.
• SAP certification in PS, PP, or S/4HANA; PMP, CBAP, or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP project manufacturing processes
• Identify and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and enhance MRP/MPS, capacity planning, and production order execution
• Support project cost planning, commitments, and variance analysis with Finance
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations
• Define test strategies and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
