Job summary

Simple Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with BOA/Procurement focus to support enterprise SAP initiatives. This remote role collaborates with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP MM solutions for procurement and supply chain operations.

You will lead functional design, gather requirements, configure BOA and Outline Agreements, and work with SAP FICO, SD, WM/EWM teams to enable end-to-end processes and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
• Hands-on with BOA and Outline Agreements.
• Procurement lifecycle from PR to Invoice.
• Configuring pricing procedures, release strategies, vendor data.
• 1–2 full SAP implementations.
• Strong SAP-FICO integration (AP/Invoice).
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM functional design and configuration focused on procurement and BOA.
• Gather and analyze requirements related to: Purchasing, Vendor management, and contract management.
• Configure Outline Agreements, BOAs, and release/pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integration.
• Support full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy, support).
• Lead UAT sessions, defect resolution, and user training.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop functional specs for enhancements and integrations.
