Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Product Owner Material MDG to join our client's team in a remote, contract role in the United States. Salary ranges from $95 to $120 per hour depending on experience.

The position requires significant expertise in SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PLMSI, PEO), data governance, and collaboration with ABAP developers. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, PLMSI, PEO.
• Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA to support master data processes.
• Ability to support large-scale ERP environments using Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven data analysis skills, including identifying data quality issues.
• Experience authoring functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of master data processes supporting production operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to standardize and implement solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and system cutovers.
• Develop documentation and coordinate testing procedures.
• Recommend process improvements for master data management.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
• Support system lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with governance standards.
