Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Mini Master Consultant for a remote, long-term project. You will bring deep expertise in Mini Master setup with PA/PSA, and Org/Position ID configuration to support global HR processes.

The role covers WD to SAP Mini Master interfaces, S4 Employee Data conversions, and ECC to S4 migrations, with a focus on global employee setups and local requirements. Candidates should demonstrate 15+ years of SAP HCM, strong problem solving, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• Expert in Mini Master setup with PA/PSA and Org/Position IDs.
• Experience with WD to SAP Mini Master interface.
• Knowledge of S4 Employee Data conversions.
• Experience with ECC to S4 migrations.

Job description

Role: SAP HCM Mini Master Consultant
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Long Term Project
Experience: 15+

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Will need someone who has understanding as follows:
– Experienced SAP Resource who is core SAP HCM Mini master expert
– Expert of Mini master setup with PA/PSA, Org/ Position ID setup
– Experience with WD to SAP Mini master interface
– Complete knowledge in S4 on conversion of Employee data to BP (Business Partner)
– Experience in migration projects from ECC to S4 Employee Data
– Understanding of Global Employee setup and local requirements

Will be a plus to have with same resource –
– Understanding of invoice and payment in SAP
– Have worked/ tested different form of payments – ACH, Wires, Tax payments, Checks
– Understanding of DMEE XML payment structure
– Experienced in F110 transaction
– Has worked with US and Global Banks on payment reviews and confirmations
