Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a SAP Security Architect to design, implement, and support SAP Security with emphasis on GRC Access Control in a S4/Hana private cloud. The role is remote and based out of Atlanta, GA, with travel to Atlanta required about one week per month.

The candidate will lead an offshore team, ensure SOX compliance, and collaborate with auditors and functional teams to secure SAP and connected applications across the landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP application security.
• 2+ full life cycle SAP S/4 Hana security implementations, including greenfield.
• 2+ GRC access control implementations on S4/Hana.
• Understand S4/Hana SAP Authorization concepts.
• Familiar with SOX ITGC controls.
• Able to design authorization roles and manage supporting authorizations.
• Experience leading offshore teams and interacting with audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis and design sessions with functional teams and business.
• Hands-on build and test security roles and resolve defects during tests.
• Architect governance processes for SAP security provisioning and administration.
• Develop support concept and run maintenance.
• Identify role owners and automate provisioning processes.
• Perform user access reviews for internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and SOX regulations.
• Lead offshore team and guide resources to timely completion.
• Coordinate with other project groups to align goals.
