Job summary

Clarkston Consulting, Inc. is seeking an SAP FICO Solution Architect to deliver innovative business solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will lead SAP FICO design, architecture, and deployment while guiding consultants and client personnel through end-to-end project delivery.

Travel is expected to average 30–50% with work from home when not at a client site. The firm emphasizes culture, mentorship, and professional development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Eight years or more of SAP FICO experience with at least three full lifecycle projects.
• Expertise in SAP solution design and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Demonstrated team leadership and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO design, architecture, and deployment across projects.
• Facilitate business process reviews and document end-to-end requirements.
• Design/configure SAP FICO with integration to other modules.
• Identify opportunities to improve client competitive advantage.
• Lead and mentor consultants and client personnel.
• Oversee development of customized reports and training when needed.
• Assist with scoping engagements and developing proposals.
