Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Application Developer for a 100% remote, U.S.-based role. You will design, build, and operate extensions and integrations on SAP BTP using CAP in Node.js/Java, with a focus on clean-core, multi-tenant SaaS patterns, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of SAP development experience, strong CAP and Fiori/UI5 skills, and hands-on experience with OData services and SAP BTP runtimes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP development experience with strong hands-on SAP BTP.
• Experience with CAP in Node.js and/or Java.
• Hands-on SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 development.
• Solid OData v2/v4 service design and consumption.
• Experience with BTP runtimes (CF and/or Kyma) and services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD patterns and tooling for BTP.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA extension patterns and clean-core principles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop side-by-side extensions and standalone apps on SAP BTP using CAP in Node.js or Java.
• Build responsive UI apps with Fiori/UI5 and Fiori elements framework.
• Develop and consume OData services that integrate SAP and third-party APIs.
• Implement authentication using XSUAA, IAS, and IPS.
• Deploy and operate apps on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Kyma with scaling and observability.
• Leverage BTP services across development, integration, and data management.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure alignment with SAP architecture.
