Sequoia Connect LLC is seeking a SAP Basis + Security Support Specialist to provide daily operational support for client SAP environments, manage incidents, and ensure ongoing security and stability. This remote role involves collaboration with global teams and adherence to SLAs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP Basis and SAP Security experience, a strong operations background, and the ability to participate in architecture and implementation discussions while maintaining daily operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP Security.
• Strong background in operations support, managing tickets, incidents, and SLAs.
• Experience in implementation projects and architecture is acceptable, with daily operations focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for SAP environments.
• Manage and resolve daily operations issues via tickets and incidents.
• Ensure all support operations adhere to established SLAs.
• Maintain stability and security of ongoing SAP operations.
