Harvey Nash is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep Nonprofit Cloud expertise to lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations. This 100% remote USA role focuses on scalable, secure architectures and data migrations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Salesforce, 5+ in architect roles, hands-on experience with NPSP, Apex, LWC, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MuleSoft). Strong stakeholder leadership and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Technical Architect experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft.
• Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events.
• Understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies.
• Experience with large-scale data migration and master data management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture including data model design, security architecture, integration architecture, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with nonprofit stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (fundraising, ERP/finance, marketing automation, data warehouses).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct architecture reviews.
• Define Salesforce development best practices, governance standards, and release processes.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and transformation strategies.
• Support solution deployment, testing, and post-production enhancements.
• Create architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and nonprofit regulatory requirements.
