Job summary

The American Red Cross is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead technical efforts in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Biomedical Services. This role will work 100% remotely within the United States, requiring an east coast schedule.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with Salesforce, hold multiple relevant certifications, and be passionate about our mission. The salary range is set between $165,000 and $180,000 annually, with a variety of benefits including medical plans, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce including development and architecture.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environment management and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of Salesforce solutions across three Biomedical services products.
• Assess and decide on all solution architecture designs.
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
