Job summary

Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and continuous availability of the Salesforce Service Cloud production environment. You will collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional tech teams to minimize disruption and deliver a seamless customer service experience.

The role focuses on incident triage (L2/L3), debugging across Apex, Flows, LWC and Aura, integrating REST/SOAP, monitoring

Qualifications

  • 5+ years Salesforce production support experience in Service Cloud.
  • Experience resolving L2/L3 incidents within SLAs.
  • Debugging across Apex, Triggers, batch jobs, Flows, LWC, and Aura.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP) and external systems.
  • Experience monitoring production environments, debug logs, governor limits, and batch jobs.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
  • Experience supporting Service Cloud features like case management, queues, page layouts, permission sets.
  • User administration, data management, reporting, and data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to, triage, and resolve L2/L3 production incidents impacting Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, and integrations.
  • Proactively monitor production health, governor limits, integration queues, and batch processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Support Service Cloud configuration, user administration, data management, release activities, and change management.
