Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a mid-level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to support enterprise digital transformation and integration initiatives. The role will design and configure Salesforce solutions, build MuleSoft APIs, and enable data exchange across enterprise platforms from a remote location.

Applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents with active Public Trust clearance and must be willing to work on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of MuleSoft development or integration experience.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and API best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions using Anypoint Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including ERP, HR, financial, and data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Implement API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
