Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a CRM Integration Architect to design and govern Salesforce integrations with ERP, data, marketing, and operations systems. You will apply event-driven patterns, middleware, and API strategy to deliver scalable solutions and mentor a junior team.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Salesforce integration experience, deep API and security knowledge, and hands-on work with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica, delivering production-grade architectures.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience aligning data synchronization with ERP and operational systems.
• Strong identity, OAuth, and secure integration design knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credential.
• Track record leading large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs across Salesforce programs.
• Define API strategy, contract management, and versioning standards for Salesforce integrations.
• Architect data synchronization patterns for high-volume integrations with ERP and operational systems.
• Design identity and access patterns for Salesforce integrations including OAuth flows.
• Establish error handling, retry, and dead-letter strategies for reliable operations.
• Drive performance, governance, and governor-limit management for scaling integrations.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure enterprise security requirements are met.
• Mentor engineers through code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Produce architecture artifacts and partner with vendors to evaluate integration platforms.
• Stay current with Salesforce integration capabilities and iPaaS evolution.
